Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Delivery Options:

We offer two standard delivery speeds for orders within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 working days): £3.49 for less than 1 kg
  • Express Delivery (1 working day): £4.49 for less than 1 kg

Please note shipping times may be longer for personalized kits and in peak times such as Black Friday.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

All tracking information will be sent to your email once the order is dispatched. Please allow additional time during busy periods such as holidays or sales events.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

🌍 International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international delivery. Our services are limited to the United Kingdom at this time.

🔁 Returns & Refund Policy:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You must return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
  • We do not accept returns for customized or personalized items unless they are faulty.
  • Sale items are final sale and are non-returnable unless damaged.

Please enclose a note with your order number, your name, and your contact details so we can process your return efficiently. We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels. We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place another order if you are needing another size etc. 

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 7 working days. If the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost. Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@soccersphere.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or a full refund.
